Cormac McCarthy won the Pulitzer Prize for The Road. You may recognize his name from the recent movie No Country for Old Men. The Road is a postapocalyptic tale of a father and his son who walk alone through a burned America. Having just finished The World Without Us, I thought it would be a good follow-up.After this, I will drift to 1940s France...war and wine!
